Janet made this lovely sofa quilt for her daughter using a fat quarter bundle. There were some pieces left so Janet used them to make a sewing machine mat. Good way to use up leftovers. Well done Janet
Janet's 11 year old granddaughter asked her if she could make a rocket quilt. Janet told her to draw it, and this is how she drew it, with colours and writing, all shown here. It zips into a sleeping bag, so that granddaughter can sleep in her rocket and dream of the stars.
This Janet's Memory Quilt in honour of her son David. She requested his shirts, but was given his T-Shirts! This is one of a pair made using the T-shirts. He lost his battle against an Incurable Cancer on 5th June 2019, aged only 41. He is in our Hearts Forever.

Waistcoat made by Janet in memory of her son David. The idea came from a ‘Sewing Bee’ pattern where she used his proper shirts, and his denim jeans. Now she can get a hug from him each time she wears it.

This bag was made by Janet using the tumbling blocks design. She re-sized the bag herself and lined it with a lovely crushed velour. It has inside pockets and D rings for attaching the handle and straps to make it into a backpack
